Procurement Analyst
The ideal candidate is must be a self- starter with advanced analytical and quantitative skills. You must be able to take large amounts of data and translate the information into to meaningful recommendations in order to optimize external 3rd party spend. Your analysis and recommendations will ensure the Firm is able to reduce/optimize costs, enhance compliance and reduce risk pertaining to our external suppliers. You will support and assist category managers across the sourcing lifecycle including: aggregating data for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs. Lastly you will be working with a team that deals in high volume time sensitive request for supplier contracts so you will learn from the ground up how to negotiate low value/low risk contracts with a view to continuously streamline processes and leverage technology as an enabler to improve the workflow of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze external supplier data to drive recommendations.
- Gather business and Procurement requirements and provide to the Tableau developer to build category dashboards and scorecards.
- Support and assist category managers by handling negotiations of low value/low risk deals.
- Responsible for queue co-ordination ensuring requests are assigned to the appropriate sourcing manager within a 48 hour time frame.
- Represent the Procurement team on Head Office committees specific to technology deployments.
- Create power point presentation decks to communicate clear/concise outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management of Business Administration.
- Superior quantitative and analytical skills.
- Intermediary to advanced knowledge of excel including pivots, macros etc,.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering power point decks.
- Strong passion and affinity to working in a fast paced, demand driven environment that supports clients at a “A” level support model.
- Inquisitive mindset to drive change of the status quo
- Excellent oral and written skills in order to effectively communicate results of analysis to senior team members and structure persuasive arguments to support findings.

Logistics Executive
Responsibilities:
- Should be updated with complete daily activities of air Export & Import shipments & its documentation, Customs, Customs Clearance with daily & timely updates.
- Capacity to work independently & with Team For air shipments, Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
- Able to co-ordinate with airlines, Freight Forwarders & clients with day to day status.
- Should have complete capacity to understand updated rules & tariffs of customs & to suggest best methods for cost controls in terms of operation activities.
- Will coordinate with Customer over telecom and will be main contact with customer at both end for his a/c.
- Monitoring client shipments on day to day basis right from receiving booking order till the shipment reaches the airport.
- Knowledge of Export /import shipment handling process & documentation.
- Co coordinating with Custom Clearance dept. for shipping bill filing, booking/ rates approvals.
- Co coordinating with transporters, Operations staff.
- Ensuring Export documents are noted with customs prior to arrival of shipment in order to avoid any delays & ensuring shipments custom cleared & handed over to carrier well in advance. Also responsible for controlling cargo against loss, damage, or pilferage.
- Should coordinate for critical matters and capacity to coordinate from Pre Shipment Documents to Post Shipment Documents.
- To handle all queries from customs & to finish it off in the most economic & immediate manner. Also it is must to retain all documents related to Customs transactions in an orderly, itemized manner for the timely& on regular basis from the date of entry.
- Communicating and gathering requirements from shipper and to provide feedback to seniors.
- Maintaining highest levels of confidentiality in handling all matters.
- Dispatching shipping documents & vouchers on timely basis to office and maintaining records of the same.
- Follow up with destination Gateway & Service centre for any delays in gate in the shipments.
- Daily shipment tracking, follow-up with carriers for delayed shipments.
- Weekly & monthly MIS Reports-As required by Directors & Department Head with complete shipment activities in a respective month.
- Assurance of complete accuracy while performing above mentioned tasks.
- No Financial bonding with any vendors of the company.
